Q. I know just enough
about Microsoft Word to be dangerous - I’d really like to become a word
processing expert. Is your company designed to teach me - either at my home or
business?
A. We can take you to any
level you like, from beginner to professional. We will assess your skill level
and recommend the proper training schedule.
Q. My business
appears to be expanding quickly and I think we need at least two more
computers (we have one now). I’ve heard the word "network" and
wonder if that might be something we should look into. Would you be able to
come to my office and assess our needs?
A. We will come to your
office at your convenience and assess your system and staff and recommend a suitable
training program.
Q. My employer has
heard that more businesses are now using (and prefer) Microsoft Word, rather
than WordPerfect (which we now have). Would you be able to meet and discuss
your opinion with us and, if we decided to change, install it and train
approximately 20 secretaries?
A. Absolutely, we will
make the transition from one program to another as smooth as possible.
Training can range from one-on-one to a full size class.
Q. Can you assess my
company’s needs and provide the equipment (computers and printers), as well
as cabling, network, Internet, etc. - or do I have to contact several
different companies to get each job done?
A. We will design your
computer network from the ground up. There is no need to worry about different
companies having incompatible strategies. From the design to the final
implementation - we will do it all.
